About Anthia Diving

Founded in 2004, the Anthia Diving Center is located in Sesimbra, a fishing village that has always provided a sociocultural richness closely linked to the sea.

Its proximity to the Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine Park, allows you to enjoy diving spots with very high biodiversity, knowing about 1350 species of marine fauna and flora. Their wealth has no equal at both national and European level. Located in the large metropolitan area of Lisbon, this area has very intense and varied requests. Recreational diving appears as the largest leisure activity, however Sesimbra is excellent for all sports connected to the Sea throughout the year.

Anthia Diving Center is a family environment company that values safety as a fundamental value above any other, implementing a policy of excellence and rigor with regard to the training and updating of our instructors, as well as with regard to equipment maintenance processes.

Não poderia recomendar mais qualquer um dos dois. Ambos muito pacientes e dedicados aos seus formandos, transmitindo a calma e segurança necessárias à conclusão dos cursos com sucesso, garantindo também bastante diversão nas primeiras incursões pelo mundo subaquático, com identificação de espécies marinhas e exploração da magnífica costa de Sesimbra.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We tried the try dive with Anthia yesterday and it was amazing. We booked it last minute but they tried to accommodate and the process staff was all very helpful.
We had super fun amazing time and learned a lot with our instructor Fàbio.
Paulo and other divers were amazing too and their focus was always to have fun.
Would totally recommend this place and Fàbio for try dive or anything more.

Everything was well explained by my instructor, there was no rush to do anything and being in the water was a super great experience overall :-)

Alain was my main instructor and he was perfect. He is passionate about diving, enthusiastic and eager to teach.
Pedro also managed to organize an interesting night dive for us which we really enjoyed.
Overall, I had a great time, improved my diving skills and I highly recommend Anthia.
I hope to visit them again at some point and do more dives in Sesimbra.
