Fiz o meu curso de Open Water Diver com o instrutor Alain Monteiro no inverno de 2023, e o Advanced Adventurer e Nitrox com o instrutor Paulo Santos na primavera de 2024. Não poderia recomendar mais qualquer um dos dois. Ambos muito pacientes e dedicados aos seus formandos, transmitindo a calma e segurança necessárias à conclusão dos cursos com sucesso, garantindo também bastante diversão nas primeiras incursões pelo mundo subaquático, com identificação de espécies marinhas e exploração da magnífica costa de Sesimbra. We tried the try dive with Anthia yesterday and it was amazing. We booked it last minute but they tried to accommodate and the process staff was all very helpful.
We had super fun amazing time and learned a lot with our instructor Fàbio.
Paulo and other divers were amazing too and their focus was always to have fun.

I did my first dive ever today and felt very comfortable and safe with the whole team. Everything was well explained by my instructor, there was no rush to do anything and being in the water was a super great experience overall :-)

I did the SSI advanced Adventurer course in Anthia and I am totally satisfied.
Alain was my main instructor and he was perfect. He is passionate about diving, enthusiastic and eager to teach.
Pedro also managed to organize an interesting night dive for us which we really enjoyed.
Overall, I had a great time, improved my diving skills and I highly recommend Anthia.
I hope to visit them again at some point and do more dives in Sesimbra.
